Honoré Studio is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you via honorestudio.com.

What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and details of your order (including any engraving text). When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email and message. If you join the waitlist or newsletter, we collect your email address.

Payment card details are processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe — Honoré Studio never sees or stores your card details.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to fulfil and deliver your order, send order confirmations and tracking information, and respond to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract). Accounting records are kept to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (art. 6(1)(c)). Newsletters are sent only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Data processors and recipients

We only share your data with parties necessary to operate the store:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Shipmondo, GLS and PostNord — shipping and delivery
• Supabase — secure storage of order data
• Resend — sending order and service emails
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google Analytics and Cookiebot — statistics and cookie consent (only with your consent)

We never pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies to make the site work and — with your consent — for anonymous statistics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

Retention

Order and accounting data is retained for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Contact form enquiries are deleted once resolved. Your waitlist or newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. Contact us at hello@honorestudio.com to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.
