How long does delivery take?
Every sign is made to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free throughout Denmark. You can choose delivery to your address or a parcel shop. For international shipping, contact us at hello@honorestudio.com.
Can I return an engraved sign?
Signs with personal engraving are made specifically for you and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal. Signs without engraving can be returned within 14 days. If there's a manufacturing defect, we will of course always put it right.
How is the sign engraved?
Your text is precision laser-engraved directly into the metal — it is neither printed nor applied as a sticker. The engraving is a permanent part of the sign and cannot wear off.
Can I see the engraving before it's produced?
Yes. In the configurator you see an exact preview of your sign with your text, typeface and size. With your order confirmation you also receive an engraving file showing exactly what will be engraved.
Can I change the name later?
Yes. The signs are designed with a replaceable insert, so you can order a newly engraved plate if life changes — without replacing the whole sign.
How is the sign mounted?
The sign mounts with concealed fittings — no visible screws at all. Mounting instructions are included in the package, and installation only requires ordinary tools.
Can the sign hang outdoors?
Yes. The signs are made from solid brass, stainless steel and anodised aluminium — materials made for facades and front doors. Brass develops a natural patina over time that gives the sign character.
What warranty do I have?
A 24-month statutory warranty applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. It covers defects attributable to production or materials.
